  • The customers should agree and accept that the use of the services provided by the Company is at the sole risk of the Customer, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Customer is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also for additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.
  • Transfer and local car rental services are valid only within city limits. For the afore mentioned car rental services any request for out station travel beyond city limits will entitle the driver to deny services without any liability to refund the booking amount.
  • The customer agrees and accepts that the use of the Services provided by GoIndiaCab is at the sole risk of the Customer, and further acknowledges that the Company disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Smoking or consuming any kind of intoxicants inside the Taxi. The Chauffeur has the right to refuse the pick-up or ask the customer to alight the cab if the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state or is found misbehaving with other passengers or the chauffeur, or is causing a nuisance.
  • We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
  • Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc While Travel / Hotel Checkin Time. We are not Responsible For Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.
  • We may operate more than one coach on a specified date of the tour depending upon the demand for more bookings of the tour by the tourists. Sometimes we may change the direction or slightly modify the itinerary. We will advise you of these amendments prior to the commencement of the tour or otherwise during the tour. In the event of passenger / joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour, or any such tour, due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same.
  • All the cancellation requests should be done through GoIndiaCab by calling our helpline number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.
  • If You require amendments for a confirmed booking, please contact the Provider directly. Cancellations can be made either via our software or by calling the Provider directly. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows.
  • Any requests for cancellation should be done and you can write us at info@goindiacab.com. If the cab booking is cancelled more than 24 hours or more before the pick-up time the 100% of the advance deposit will be refunded but in case the booking is canceled within 24 hours before pick up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty. In case the cancellation is done from GoIndiaCab end due to unavoidable reasons the 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.
